When not appraising, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and children, biking, and playing bass in the worship team at his church. Abissi gained national experience and appraised numerous commercial and industrial properties throughout the United States. Abissi performed numerous analyses on shopping centers and regional shopping malls. In 1990, Abissi moved on to an appraisal company in Warminster, Pennsylvania that focused on commercial and industrial properties, emphasizing income producing properties. Covering a territory that included Eastern Pennsylvania and all of New Jersey, Abissi gained experience in different markets and was soon appraising properties for multiple clients and government agencies. ![]() He was involved in several facets of valuation including financing, condemnation, estate planning, and relocation appraisal. Mark Abissi, president and owner of the firm, upon graduating from Delaware Valley University, began his appraisal career in 1985 as an assistant appraiser with a firm in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
